East Cleveland Schools

NOAH has worked with Superintendent Myrna Loy Carley and the five elementary schools in East Cleveland to develop Parent Safety Patrols at all five elementary schools. This was in response to the concerns of the residents, expressed in the community dialogue sessions in regard to the safety of their children as they walked home from school. These five elementary school parent safety patrols were functioning well in the Winter and Spring of 2009.
